  Thales and Siemens, announced that they have been awarded a contract to provide a permanent communications-based train control (CBTC) test track facility for Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) New York City Transit (NYCT).

  Thales awarded contract for Canadian Coast Guard's Flight Following System

  Thales Canada announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) for a Flight Following System (FFS) to provide improved helicopter tracking. The project includes installing Flight Following Equipment in 22 helicopters, plus 17 helicopter-capable ships.
