Our Values
Thales adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and requires employees in the United States to take ethics training courses as part of our Ethics and Compliance program. This training helps ensure that our employees understand their responsibilities in conducting business both within and outside the company. It is Thales' policy to comply with all national laws, regulations and trade requirements for each of the sections where we conduct business.
