Reality Support Solutions is a programme that delivers global support to your operations. We have developed three levels of service and these are Reality Cover, Reality Assist and Reality Shield.
This gives you the flexibility to choose precisely the right level of support for your business, either short term or long term, and guarantees absolute peace of mind.
Reality Cover
Reality Cover gives you the world-class service you would expect from Thales and is provided as part of your equipment purchase. It delivers 24/7 support, access to our web portal and includes e-services and progress tracking. You also receive our company news, service and product information, technical support, field service bulletins, obsolescence notification and regional support as standard.
Reality Assist
In addition to the services provided by Reality Cover, Reality Assist allows you to design your own, fully-customisable modular support services package to satisfy your specific business expectations.
Reality Shield
Reality Shield is our comprehensive turnkey maintenance and operational services product. If you are interested in outsourcing significant business elements and transferring a large degree of operational responsibility to Thales, this is the level of cover for you.

All of our devices are driven by the same outstanding simulation software - from the lowest level Desk Top Trainer to the highest level Full Flight Simulator. And there is more to come, including equipment to support all four phases of the new Multi-crew Pilot Licence.
