For the middle managers, the ILM Level 5 Award in Management & Leadership programme will begin in September. It is hoped that by the end of 2011 around 25 FCIM employees will have completed their qualifications.
After reviewing a number of learning and development (L&D) suppliers FCIM chose Thales Training & Consultancy because of its strength of offering, as well as its bespoke approach to delivery.
