We need to learn to manage growth, invest in the future and take risks. Managing growth also involves meeting our commercial challenges and developing partnerships.  Specifically, these are our goals:

• Continue to grow in ATM and win two new countries, one in Asia and one in Europe
• Maintain our leadership in conventional navigation despite fierce competition, and bring to market our range of airport area surveillance systems
• Grow exports of weapon systems across all segments: very short, short, medium range and missile businesses
• Retain our European leadership in missile electronics by leveraging the technologies being developed in the United Kingdom and France under joint study contracts from the UK MoD and the French defence procurement agency
• Sell our ground radars (current and new generation) to targeted customers
• Develop our Customer Service business by promoting new "extended services" offerings
• Identify potential partnerships or acquisitions needed to penetrate new markets. Our growth opportunities in some countries, including the United States, India, China, Russia and Brazil, hinge on our ability to establish effective partnerships with local players.

We need to consolidate our strengths and build up the confidence that our customers, stakeholders and partners place in us. Only then will our combination of investments in technology, products and sales translate into a successful future.
