In December 2023 Ross Lederhose was appointed Acting Vice President, Digital Systems which encompasses the Secure Communications & Information Systems, Digital Identify Solutions, Avionics and Space business in Australia. Ross joined Thales in June 2023 appointed Vice President of Sales and Key Account Management for Thales Australia. He remains responsible for the leadership of our Sales and Account Management functions with a focus on engaging with our customers to showcase our diverse capabilities to realise meaningful value in their business.
Ross is an experienced executive having spent the last 18 years in leadership positions across the spectrum of the Defence, National Security and Technology industry in Australia, including time in Thales, DXC, IBM and large Defence integrators Harris and Raytheon. Before this, Ross served as an officer in the Australian Army for 13 years.
Ross has extensive experience in program management, large complex integration projects, service delivery and management programs and sustainment programs. With a focus on federal government, Ross has led large business units and programs of work delivering real outcomes to the nation.
