Peggy Nahmany appointed VP Thales Group Communications

Peggy Nahmany, 50, has been appointed Vice President, Thales Group Communications, with effect from 11 March 2019. She will report to Patrice Caine, Chairman & CEO of Thales.

Since 2007, Peggy Nahmany served as VP, Communications Director for Publicis Groupe, reporting to the Chairman and CEO - Maurice Lévy, up until 2017 and subsequently to Arthur Sadoun. In this role, she oversaw all external and internal communications activities to help build the company’s global reputation on a corporate level and across its multiple agency brands. This included digital communications, global media relations and crisis communications. As part of her role, she also coordinated communications and media partnerships for the French association of private-sector companies, AFEP (2010-2012) and for several international events (e-G8, Viva Technology, Women’s Forum).

Previously, Peggy Nahmany was Director of External Relations at Kering, where she led media and public relations.

Prior to that, Peggy Nahmany spent 14 years at Havas group, where she was Director of Communications for Havas (2004-06), Global Communications Director for Euro RSCG based in New York (1997-2004) and International Business Coordinator for Euro RSCG (1992-97).

Peggy Nahmany is also General Secretary of the French friends of the endowment fund for the Peres Centre for Peace and Innovation in the Middle East.

She is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG).
