Customer Service

Customer Service is proposing a new video bringing out how Thales Air Systems suggests a complete range of support offers, going from maintenance solutions, upgrades and systems life extension to extended services.

The key values brought by this former lean on a long term support, a full commitment, high proximity, a sense of adaptability, the capacity of being a full service operator and a proven technical expertise.

Anais and Aermac solutions

Thales offers a complete and integrated range of solutions dedicated to Air Navigation Service Provider operations:

  • Anais: the most comprehensive and integrated suite for Aeronautical Information Services and Management (AIS/AIM)

  • Aermac: the leading solution for AFTN/CIDIN/AMHS message switching already operated by more than 30 ANSP’s worldwide.

With ANAIS (& AIXM+component) ANSPs are able to centralize the management of the Airspace data into one single database that can be used as the unique information system reference for AIS, AIP, Charting, Procedure Design and ATC operations.

AERMAC/AMHS is the only system switching up to 100.000 AMHS messages on a day-to-day basis and in operational conditions.
