Thales Portugal will be present, once again, in SEGUREX, the greatest security event in Portugal, which will take place in FIL - Feira Internacional de Lisboa - 07 to 11 May 2013. We will present our solutions, products and case studies of success in the areas of Security, Communications and Review Infrastructure Protection for applications in civil and military domains in Pavilion No. 3, Stand 3D38. More inform that on the 9th of May, at 16h25, we will participate in the Great Forum with a short talk given by António Jesus on "Technology Management in Buildings".
Thales has signed a contract with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC) to design, integrate and install an advanced passenger information system for the extensions to Delhi Metro Line 6. This contract is part of the Delhi Metro Phase 3 expansion programme. Over the last 12 years, Thales has provided DMRC with passenger information systems for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Delhi Metro and has consistently proved its ability to deliver dependable solutions to deadline.
Thales has signed a contract with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC), responsible for implementation of the new Jaipur Metro, to supply an advanced passenger information system. This latest contract follows the successful delivery and implementation of the solution for Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the New Delhi Metro network.
Thales, a world leader in advanced transportation systems for urban rail and main lines networks, has been selected to provide telecommunications systems for the Manaus monorail. The monorail will also be equipped with the Thales Seltrac® CBTC Communications-Based Train Control system and thus will benefit from an integrated Signalling and Communications solution. This third contract comforts Thales’ position in the Brazilian transportation business, following the CBTC signalling contract for São Paulo’s Line 17 driverless monorail won in 2011. .
On 9 and 10 April 2013 will happen the ARAMIS User Group 2013 seminarin Lisbon. In addition to the presentations and workshops scheduled for these days, the participants will also visit the CCO Lisbon which controls approximately 70% of portuguese traffic, constituting a milestone of technology, maturity and ability of the engineering and software Thales Portugal.team to integrate systems.
