Paul Kahn is an engineering graduate of Brunel University, with an MBA from London Business School. He holds dual nationality, British and American and he's based in Milan, Italy.

He was Chief Executive Officer of Thales' Avionics business in the UK, integrating this Avionics systems and airborne satellite communications equipment business within Thales and was previously Managing Director of Thales Acoustics where he led the implentation of a turn around strategy introducing lean manufacturing to this military telecommunication business. Prior to this, Paul was in the Paris headquarters as Group Business Development Director which saw him lead the successful acquisition of Racal Electronics pic and the creation of a number of international joint ventures.

He has worked for the Ford Motor Company in Europe and America before joining the UK Ministry of Defence, where he was Private Secretary to the UK Deputy Chief of Defence Procuremment, and led a review of procurement processes.
