THALES+
The TopOwl® helmet-mounted sight/display is an invaluable tool for transport and attack helicopter pilots. It places all essential flight control information right before their eyes, obviating the need to look down at the instrument panel - a major advantage for flight safety.
It also supports firing of onboard weapon systems such as rockets, guns or air-to-air missiles. More than 1,500 TopOwl® units are on order for Tiger, NH90, Rooivalk, Cobra AH-1Z and Huey UH-1Y helicopters from 15 nations.
