As regards Land & Joint Systems activities, Thales Australia provides integrated communications and Command and Control (C2) solutions for naval, land and joint applications. Drawing on our experience in Australian programmes, we offer internal and external naval communication solutions. We also  provide and support radio and optronics equipment for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Our extensive experience in Australian C2 projects enables us to offer solutions ranging from business analysis to software development, systems integration, testing, training and integrated logistics support. Our efforts are today focused on growing our position as a System of Systems Integrator (SOSI) for the development, installation and through-life support of innovative and effective NCW solutions. We also design, develop and manufacture ammunition, explosives, propellants, small arms weapons and chemicals. In addition, Thales Australia manages the storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of explosive ordnance.

BUSHMASTER

Bushmaster is specially designed to meet the requirements of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to rapidly deploy battle ready troops in all field conditions. The ADF demanded a highly mobile infantry vehicle providing significant troop protection, all terrain agility and expeditionary capacity. High level crew comfort and mobility ensure rapid deployment and delivery of battle ready troops to critical areas. Bushmaster is the latest generation of High Mobility Infantry Protected vehicles.
