Jan-Erik Rottinghuis, Vice President, Above Water Systems brings nearly twenty five years of senior management and international experience to his role. The AWS BL covers production and commercial activities in the naval above water realm, particularly combat systems.

In April 2002, Mr. Rottinghuis joined Thales (E-transaction BL)  from PubliCARD Inc., a NASDAQ traded company based out of New York where he was President and CEO for almost three years.

Prior to PubliCARD, Mr. Rottinghuis spent over six years at VeriFone.Inc, a leading company in electronic commerce, where he held various executive management positions.

Mr. Rottinghuis is a Dutch citizen and a French resident. He holds a BA degree of the Rijks University at Groningen, Holland, as well as an MBA degree (honors) from INSEAD at Fontainebleau in France. Mr. Rottinghuis is fluent in French, English, German and Dutch.
