For airline operations, TopConnect enables airlines to cost-effectively generate new incremental revenues through activities such as advertising sales.
The TopConnect solution consists of the Thales Swift broadband Satcom antenna and data server unit, connectivity server, wireless cabin network, and a communications manager to interface to the IFE system. TopConnect is compatible with other Satcom sub-systems and can be integrated with L-band services.

At the Aircraft Interiors show, Thales will demonstrate a first ever swift broadband Sactom product fully operational for people to see and try. Through laptop or phone, the product demonstration is the real thing using the new INMARSAT I4 generation satellites.
