Pascale Sourisse is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.

She began her career holding management positions with France Telecom, Jeumont-Schneider and Compagnie Générale des Eaux, as well as with the French Ministry of Industry. She joined Alcatel in 1995 as VP, Planning and Strategy of Alcatel Space and in 1997 was appointed Chairman and CEO of Alcatel venture SkyBridge. In 2001, she became COO of Alcatel Space, becoming President of Alcatel's space activities, and President and CEO of Alcatel Alenia Space. Pascale Sourisse is appointed in 2007 Senior Vice President of Thales's Space Division, and President and CEO of Thales Alenia Space.

She has held her current position since 2008.
