Stan Hoppenbrouwer is currently the Vice President Legal of the Air Systems Division, a position he holds since 1 January 2008.

Stan has held several positions within the Thales group, in particular the position of Group Export Control Director of  the Thales group and the position of General Counsel of Thales in The Netherlands.

Prior to joining Thales in 1995 he has been General Counsel & Company Secretary of internationally operating companies in the Netherlands in the contracting industry (construction, dredging), in the food industry and in the packaging manufacturing industry.

Stan was born in The Hague (The Netherlands) in 1957 and graduated in Business Law at the University of Leiden, The Netherlands.
