Brad Foreman initially joined Thales in 1999, working for the company's in-flight entertainment (IFE) business, where he was subsequently promoted to Vice President / General Manager for the IFE business unit. He was appointed to his current position in March 2006 and is responsible for leading the Aerospace Division's activities in the United States with focus on both civil and military markets. Prior to joining Thales, he worked for Boeing Commercial Aircraft.

Brad Foreman is a Graduate of the Command and Staff College and Amphibious Warfare School, and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics for the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He has served as Naval Aviator and an officer in the US forces, and continues to serve on the boards of numerous charitable and civic organisations.
