Olivier CONROZIER is graduate of the French Business School ESSEC. He joined Thomson-CSF (now Thales) in 1984 as Export Sales Manager for a period of five years.

He was then detached to the United States to lead the export sales activities of Wilcox Electric after which he moved to Singapore to become Corporate Representative of Thomson-CSF (1992 and 1996). He was then appointed Deputy Director, Sales & Marketing, of the Air Traffic Management Unit of Thomson-CSF (now Thales ATM).

In August 1998, Olivier CONROZIER became Corporate Director, Sales & Marketing, of Thomson Marconi Sonar, which then became Thales Underwater Systems (TUS).

He was appointed VP Export Marketing & Sales for the Naval Division on October 5, 2005.
