The advertised positions are Marie Curie fellowships awarded by the European Community to Thales Nederland BV. The Marie Curie fellows will be hosted at the Business Unit Joint Radar Sensors Processing, Business Unit Combat Systems and the Strategic Business Unit radar and Sensors of Thales Nederland B.V. in Hengelo the Netherlands.
The research department offers excellent research training facilities where young post-graduate and post-doctoral research fellows can explore the fascinating world of applied research in an industrial and commercial environment. The research staff is experienced in a large number of complex scientific disciplines, which means that the exchange of knowledge and technology is optimal. Due to the nature of the proposed research training projects there are countless opportunities to publish one or more articles or to prepare a PhD-thesis.
