Born in 1955, Denis Boisson graduated from Paris University: with a masters degree in Private Law and DESS of Intellectual Property Rights.

He joined the legal department of ANVAR (Agence Nationale de Valorisation de la Recherche) in January 1980 where he was in charge of licensing agreements.

In 1986 he became member of the legal team of the Glass Division in the Saint Gobain group.

Denis joined Thales group formely known as Thomson-CFS mid 1987 where he was Deputy General Counsel of the "Branche Composants Spéciaux" he held this post from mid 1987 until March 1991.

Since this date, he has held the post of General Counsel of the following entities:

Information Technology Division " (March 1991- Sept. 1992)

"Radio communications Division, Electronic Warfare and Security" (Sept. 1992 - Sept. 1994)

"Missile Systems Division" (which became "Thomson CSF AIRSYS") and of the "Business Group Air Defence" (Sept. 1994 - Sept. 2002)

Denis was appointed VP Legal of the Naval Division since September 2002
