The 2020 Annual General Meeting of Thales shareholders took place on Wednesday 6 May 2020 at 10 a.m. Due to the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was held behind closed doors at the Group's headquarters.
This Meeting being held without the physical presence of the shareholders, they are invited to vote or to give their proxy to the Chairman of the Meeting, preferably through the secure Votaccess voting platform, or by postal mail.
