Women and Innovation: Governance and Public Policy Issues

 

The University of Ottawa’s “Women and Innovation” panel will take place on November 1. Caroline Vignollet, Head for the Thales North America Digital Factory, will participate in a panel at 10:45 AM alongside leading female innovators across Canada. See the full agenda.

About Caroline:

Caroline Vignollet is the Head of Thales Digital Factory North America. Ms. Vignollet has close to 25 years’ experience including in the management of global and highly diverse engineering teams in the banking and telecom industries. Most recently, she spearheaded the cloud and agile transformation of Gemalto (a Thales company), a leader in the smartcard and cybersecurity industries. Since her appointment as Head of Thales Digital Factory North America in 2019, she has been leveraging her vast experience in project management, agile leadership and cloud shift to coach and develop a team of world-class professionals dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of Thales North America.

Currently based in Montréal, Ms. Vignollet holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from EFREI-Paris (formerly ESIGETEL) in France. She sat on the Board of Directors of the Institut supérieur de l'électronique et du numérique (ISEN - Higher Institute for Electronics and Digital Training) from 2015 to 2019 and in 2013, was awarded with a Women in Industry trophy in the Digital category, by the French business magazine Usine Nouvelle.
