    Primary Purpose of the Role

      • Développer des activités de conseil dans le domaine de la pédagogie en possédant une compétence commerciale et une forte capacité à développer son réseau au sein de la formation incluant les conseillers formation.
    • Ingénierie Pédagogique des différentes formations (conception et animation) :
      • Rédiger le cahier des charges de la formation ;
      • Réaliser l’ingénierie de formations et le pilotage de l’équipe de conception, en utilisant à bon escient les démarches pédagogiques disponibles pour construire le déroulé pédagogique de la formation (parcours multimodale) ;
      • Valider les réalisations avec les différents sponsors ;
      • Assurer le déploiement à l’international soit en délivrant localement soit en transférant les compétences ;
      • Gérer les évolutions de la formation pour intégrer les évaluations à chaud et à froid ;
      • Animer dans les disciplines qui relèvent de votre expertise.
    • Gestion du Portefeuille :
      • Etre le garant de la bonne planification et organisation de ses formations, et ce en coordination avec l’Assistant(e) Formation ;
      • Assurer l’équilibre financier des formations dont il a la charge (taux de remplissage, maitrise des coûts, réalisation du chiffre d’affaires inscrit au budget…) ;
      • Veiller à la qualité des formations de son portefeuille ;
      • Assurer au quotidien la coopération avec les différentes parties prenantes (GIE, TU à l’international…) ;
      • Etre le garant de la bonne mise à jour des outils relatifs à la formation (e-training, Harry web, TOL…).
    • Pilotage de stages, projet événementiel pédagogiques  et certification formateur :
      • Encadrer des étudiants effectuant leur stage ou alternance dans le domaine de la pédagogie au sein de la direction pédagogique;
      • Piloter la préparation et la réalisation du « Trainer’s event », l’évènement annuel des formateurs du Groupe Thales ;
      • Piloter la certification de formateurs du Groupe Thales.

    Vous devrez être également acteur et force de proposition, voire leader, dans les projets de développement, démarches de progrès et d’innovation interne à Thales Université (processus, niveau de reporting, innovation pédagogique, relation clients, communication, maintien du savoir-faire, développement des compétences internes : mentorat, internationalisation…).
