A total of 12 corporate university campuses in our largest countries of operation organise regular seminars, training sessions and workshops for employees.

The Group also offers online training, in particular through its uLearn platform.

All employees have access to e-learning programmes that help them identify the training they need to support their future development and enhance their skills.

In 2021, more than 980,000 hours of training were provided (an average of 12 hours of training per employee), including nearly 136,000 hours of training via virtual classes.

Not many companies in the world can boast two winners of the Nobel Prize in Physics: Albert Fert, who discovered giant magnetoresistance with Peter Grundberg, and Gérard Mourou, the inventor (with Donna Strickland) of a technique known as chirped pulse amplification, which creates ultra-short, very high-intensity laser pulses.
