Today, the Group employs more than 1300 people at sites across Poland, in Warsaw, Poznan, Cracow, Katowice and Tczew.
Thales’ development strategy in Poland is strongly rooted in a commitment of collaboration with Thales partners. As a result, the company’s pioneering solutions continue to be integrated into the Polish market. An example of a successful partnership between Thales and Polish industries is the two-decade-long cooperation with Radmor of Gdynia, which led to equipping the Polish Armed Forces with 10,000 PR4G tactical radios.
Furthermore, Thales is deeply involved in science as well as research and development cooperation with universities and higher education institutions. The company takes part in several partnership programmes with academic institutions in Poland.
