João SALGUEIRO

João joined Alcatel Portugal 30 years ago, to launch the local Systems Integration team, and dedicated the next 15 years to a technical career, leading the local Telecommunication Teams and starting the local Product Development activities in the Transportation domain.

Later, he broadened his competencies with a degree in Marketing Management and started to play a role in Marketing and Business Development. He joined Thales in 2007 and, since then, has played a leading role in areas such as Marketing, Business Development, Communication, Sales, Product Development and Innovation. From 2016 to 2019 João was Marketing Director for Europe & International Organisations.

He has strong experience as a speaker at conferences and in leading discussion panels. He is currently is head of Strategy, Marketing & Communication in the Product & Innovation departments at Thales Portugal.
