Thales UK exceeds our clients’ expectations with world class services

At Thales UK we pride ourselves in our ability to supply customers with world class, innovative solutions to create a safer world.

Meeting and exceeding the expectations of all our customers requires a mindful approach to complex problems as well as the ability to deliver compelling, modular propositions with added value across our full range of activities:
  • Aerospace
  • Defence
  • Security
  • Transport

Listening to clients is the key to delivering Thales UK services

Service design is a highly complex and challenging task requiring the integration of operations-related, market-related, and strategic aspects. Thales UK has integrated a “service by design” approach to our business, demonstrated by our 5D’s approach to service by design:
  • Discover the client’s needs and desired outcomes
  • Design a service solution to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Develop by verifying and validating the service to minimise risk
  • Deploy our solution within the delivery environment
  • Deliver, operate and maintain the service
Listening to our customers and maintaining continual engagement with them is integral to meeting and exceeding their needs.
