Thales Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Thales (Euronext Paris: HO) took place on 23 May 2018 in Paris, chaired by Patrice Caine, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.

With a quorum of 83,43%, the meeting approved all the resolutions submitted.

In particular, it approved the financial statements for the 2017 financial year, the distribution of a dividend of 1.75 euro per share (including an interim dividend of 0.45 euro), ex-post compensation for 2017 and compensation policy for the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, proposed ratifications and renewals of the terms of office of Board members, and delegation of certain financial matters to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors then renewed the term of office of M. Patrice Caine as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for the duration of his new term as Board member, i.e. until the end of the Annual General Meeting which will approve the 2021 financial statements, and his term of office as Chairman of the Board's Strategy and CSR Committee.
