Legal and contract management includes all the legal activities in connection with management of contracts and the legal activities in Export Control.

Our lawyers are responsible for permanently monitoring and managing the major legal risks occurring from our activities. They prepare, negotiate and monitor contracts and agreements and implement legal techniques from their field of expertise including industrial property law, public law, mergers and acquisitions and the resolution of disputes and litigations.

Contract Management is responsible for drafting the contract, preparing the bid and supporting the sales team in understanding the customer requirements. Once the bid has been won, they support the Project Manager in strictly monitoring the contract performance through to completion and managing any requests.
