Interfaces

Overview

Interface IPs are turnkey implementations of standard-based communication protocols that are popular in secure elements such as smart card interface (ISO 7816-3), Single Wire Protocol (SWP) and NFC (ISO 14443).

EPC Gen2 Digital Controller

The EPC Gen2 Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended for Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) tags.

ISO 7816-3
Analog Front End

The ISO 7816-3 Analog Front End (AFE) is a mixed-signal IP including five fully integrated I/O pads intended for both interface device (reader) and Integrated Circuit Card (ICC).

ISO 7816-3
Integrated Circuit Card Digital Controller

The ISO 7816-3 Integrated Circuit Card (ICC) Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended for smart cards.

ISO 14443 Analog Front End

The ISO 14443 Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated analog IP intended for Proximity Integrated Circuit Card (PICC).

ISO 14443 Dual-interface Analog Front End

The ISO 14443 Dual-interface Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated analog IP intended for dual-interface (i.e. contact and contactless) Integrated Circuit Card (IaCC).

ISO 14443 Type A Digital Controller

The ISO 14443 Type A Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended for Proximity Integrated Circuit Card (PICC).

ISO 14443 Type B Digital Controller

The ISO 14443 Type B Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended for Proximity Integrated Circuit Card (PICC).

ISO 15693 Analog Front End

The ISO 15693 Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated analog IP intended for Proximity Integrated Circuit Card (PICC).

ISO 15693 Digital Controller

The ISO 15693 Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended for Proximity Integrated Circuit Card (PICC).

ISO 15693 Dual-interface Analog Front End

The ISO 15693 Dual-interface Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated analog IP intended for dual-interface (i.e. contact and contactless) Integrated Circuit Card (ICC).

LVDS Transceiver

The LVDS Transceiver is a fully integrated Low-Voltage Differential Signaling analog front end including one flow-through driver
and two flow-through receivers

NFC Transceiver

The NFC Transceiver is a fully integrated mixed-signal IP including the analog front-end and the digital protocol controller.

SWP Master Analog Front End

The Single Wire Protocol (SWP) Master Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated interface intended to connect the NFC chip (SWP master) to the UICC (SWP slave) through a single wire.

SWP Slave Analog Front End

The Single Wire Protocol (SWP) Slave Analog Front End (AFE) is a fully integrated interface intended to connect the UICC (SWP slave) to the NFC chip (SWP master) through a single wire.

SWP Slave Digital Controller

The Single Wire Protocol (SWP) Slave Digital Controller is a fully integrated protocol manager intended to interface the UICC (SWP slave) to the NFC chip (SWP master) through a single wire.
