Thales rotary monobloc Stirling coolers offer excellent efficiency where compactness, weight and power need to be limited while still maintaining a low noise and vibrations levels and high reliability.
Thales rotary monobloc Stirling coolers cover a large range of applications, both civil and defence oriented, for different detector technologies, such as infrared. Among them, the latest SWAP application is accessible, particularly with the RMs1 cooler.
Thales proposes four main products, all produced in France, Blagnac, offering several features:
- Cover flexible temperatures from 80K to 150K, enabling to address HOT applications,
- Go until 850mW of cryogenic power,
- Provide several displacer designs that fit with standard dewar bores,
- Can be proposed with associated cold fingers, tooling, related services and maintenance activities.
