Laurence Broseta proposed for Thales Board of Directors

Thales' s Board of Directors, following a proposal from the public sector, will submit Laurence Broseta’s nomination for appointment as a Director. Broseta’s nomination will be put to vote at the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2014. Laurence Broseta has been nominated to replace Didier Lombard, who will soon finish his term of office.

A graduate of the École Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech, Laurence Broseta is head of the France Division at Transdev, one of the world's leading public transportation companies, with revenues of €2.5 billion in France.

Laurence Broseta began her career working in operational roles with Paris transport operator, RATP, and was involved in new rail infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom and later in South Africa,
where she set up and managed a local operational subsidiary. In 2008, she took over as Director of RATP Dev's International Business Unit, where she was responsible for business development and operations in nine countries. Broseta joined Transdev in March 2013.
