This appointment fills the vacancy that was published at the end of 2020, due to the resignation of Marianne Kopp-Raadgever after a period of almost 5 years. The board of directors and supervisory board of Thales Nederland are very grateful to Marianne Kopp-Raadgever for her sharp eye, commitment and constructive contribution.

Margot Schumacher is Adjunct Professor at TIAS business school and a Lead coach for INSEAD and executive coach since 2010, advising multinationals on leadership and governance. Margot Schumacher held senior leadership positions in Unilever and Heinz for many years and built an extensive international network. She has an impressive resume and holds masters in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology, an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and an Executive Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change from INSEAD.
