Working Environment and Facilities
The Office building in Hengelo forms part of the High Tech Systems Park, a place with modern facilities. There is even a Starbucks corner in the building, where you can meet your colleagues while enjoying a cup of coffee. Do you feel the need to do sports or be active after work? Thales offers a number of sporting facilities you can use, and there is also the option of going for a walk at lunchtime in this landscaped park. Our Shared Facility Centre houses a modern company restaurant where you can choose from an extensive lunch menu. The SFC also offers a number of larger meeting and presentation rooms.
Are you following your internship with Thales? Join Volonta, the Thales study association, which will organize different (social) activities. As a ‘young employee’ at Thales, you’ll automatically join the YES (Young Employee Society). The YES organizes study trips, ski events, business lunches and other activities for getting to know your new colleagues better.
