Thales maintains the radiocommunications network of the Civil Protection of Cascais

Thales Portugal has recently carried out conventional digital radio communications tests in the Civil Protection of Cascais.

These tests result from the need to replace the existing radio communications system detected during the maintenance process.

In this context, new equipment has been provided that already supports digital communications with potentialities that do not exist in the current analog communications.

To make known the potential of the digital network, several field tests were carried out, together with the Civil Protection elements of Cascais.
