IoT Week Lisbon 2015
The IoT Week was held for the first time in Portugal, at the Congress Centre in Lisbon on 16, 17 and 18 June.
Like other companies in the area, Thales Portugal was present and was also one of the sponsors of the event.
The IoT Week (www.iot-week.eu) originated in the European Research Cluster Internet-of-Things (IoT) and became a prominent IoT event in Europe attracting industry and research from around the world to discuss and demonstrate the Internet-of-Things of today and the future.
This year, Portugal was selected as host country of the IoT Week 2015!
With a rich programming and filled with various speakers, the conferences took place over the three days event.
Alongside the conferences, took place simultaneously the IoT Hackathon 2015 Lisbon, a competition in programming marathon format, to encourage the creation of prototypes from an innovative idea in the field of Internet of Things (Internet of Things or IoT).
