Working in diverse teams together to build a future we can all trust
I am a full-stack engineer in Singapore’s Thales Digital Factory. Here at the Digital Factory, we are given a lot of autonomy and trust, which is extremely encouraging for new engineers like me. In fact, these two values are part of the key pillars behind our agile working culture.
Being part of a diverse squad – both in terms of nationality as well as expertise – has benefited me in many ways. My squad mates and I constantly learn from each other and improve our skills. For instance, since I’ve been paired up with a DevOps engineer within my squad, I am now able to work independently on DevOps tasks and help them whenever needed for our projects.
With a startup-like culture and the benefits of a multinational corporation, Thales is simply the best of both worlds!
