The magazine Actualidad Económica publish every year the ranking of the best rated companies to work for, after analyzing the human resources policies of more than 200 companies including Thales Spain.
The company has achieved the position 36 in the ranking thanks to its formation plans, their remuneration policies and social benefits, in addition to its talent programs and CSR.
