Marion BROUGHTON

Marion is vice-president, with a track record in managing complex P&Ls. She has exceptional leadership, strategic and operational skills, and extensive international experience in building and transforming multiple businesses in the defence electronics and avionics sectors. 
She is currently VP, Operations at Thales SA Defence Mission Systems, based in Paris, with some 7000 employees, and €3bn of business in France, UK, the Netherlands and Australia.
