Assembly Integration and Validation (AIV)
The AIV System department is specialized in assembly, integration and validation activities of great Systems including Products, Sub-System, Satellites, Control Segment, Mission segment, Users segment of Observation, Navigation and Telecom Project. It covers the civil and Military Systems in the whole World.
Multi-competencies team: (RF, Network, Supervision, Antennas, broadband, GSM, etc...)

After Sales Activities/ Trough Life Support (TLS)
The After Sales department performs all the support activities during operational phase (through system lifetime) for all the products and ground systems delivered by Thales Alenia Space The support activities includes on site maintenance as well as equipment repair, Software correctives versions or patches, technical support, spares and consumables provisionning , obsolescence monitoring and reccurent training.

Integrated Logistic Support ( ILS)
The Logistic support performs all the studies leading to system Life Cycle Cost optimization on one hand and realizes all activities leading to system operational readiness.
Those activities includes:
- Operations and maintenance concept definition, staff definition
- Training preparation, conduction and assessment
- Operational documentation, realization and dispatching
- PHST definition and initial set up,
- Spares, Consumables and tools definition, provisionning and deployment.
Thales Alenia Space conduct ILS activities on all its majors programs for entire customer benefit
On Site Installation
The Installation department is specialized in on-site activities including Products, Sub-System and System installation and tests of Observation, Navigation and Telecom Project.
It covers the civil and Military Systems in the whole World.

Infrastructure
The Infrastructure department is specialized in management of ground stations facilities projects. It covers all aspects from civil works to technical equipment required to receive the ground station equipment

These products are dedicated to check that satellite has passed the launch and orbit positioning phases without significant deterioration of performance before launch .
