Our 2024 roles are now live! Apply now
Our Early Careers team have partnered with Connectr to create a graduate and apprentice future talent platform. This interactive platform will provide a much needed talent pool for our early career opportunities; helping to build on our exciting attraction activity whilst enabling the conversion of young talent into the business.
On the Connectr platform you will be able to engage with digital buddies and access information about Thales. Buddies will be able to offer insights on our roles, share information on what it’s like to work at Thales and help develop their skills and knowledge on how to make a good application, as well as how to best perform at an assessment centre.
Connectr provides a great opportunity to keep the conversation going, enabling us to promote our graduate and apprentice roles as well as work experience opportunities.
If you are interested in a career at Thales, you can sign up here.
Research has shown that candidates who sign-up to Connectr, engage with the content and connect with a digital buddy are more likely to be successful at assessment centre.
Supporting applicants with a disability or long-term condition
Thales UK is recognised as a Disability Confident Leader company with the Department of Work and Pensions. We are also members of Business Disability Forum, which helps us with our commitment to become a disability-smart organisation.
We actively encourage disabled people to apply for our roles and are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process. If you need any adjustments or would like us to do anything differently during the recruitment process, please contact us.
Additionally, if you have a disability or require additional assistance in completing an application, please email us and we would be happy to arrange a call back with one of our friendly Early Careers team who will assist you with your application.
Disability confident scheme
As a Disability Confident company in the UK, we ensure that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants, who meet our minimum criteria for a job, will be offered an interview. You’ll need to tell us that you have a disability and you wish to opt-in for this scheme when you apply.
Disability Confident means that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the job will have an interview. It doesn’t mean that every disabled applicant is entitled to an interview.
In some recruitment situations such as high-peak times, we might need to limit the overall numbers of interviews we offer. This will include the number of interviews offered to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria. When that happens, we’ll still aim to offer a proportionate number of interviews to disabled applicants.
Please note that this scheme is currently only applicable to our graduate roles.

At Thales, we want all our applicants to have the very best chance in succeeding with their application. This is why we have created some helpful guides to help support applicants through the process. In the Supporting Documents below you will find useful tips on how to prepare an application and what to expect from our assessment centres.
