Thales has been ranked 13th in the Top 70 School Leaver Employers Table 2017, as voted for by our apprentices. By combining the curiosity to explore, the intelligence to question and the vision to create, we're transforming the world around us!

Apprenticeship on offer

2017 sees our most diverse offering of apprenticeships, with opportunities ranging from Manufacturing and Engineering, through to Finance, Project Management and Procurement. Apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity for school leavers looking for an entry level role or for experienced individuals looking to retrain or up skill.

We offer programmes that range from Advanced and Higher, through to Degree and Masters level study. This year we are excited to offer more than 20 sponsored degrees through a Level 6 apprenticeship, with qualifications available in:

  • Electronic Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Network Engineering
  • Business
  • Sales

This is an excellent way to achieve a degree qualification, alongside valuable work experience whilst avoiding university debt!

Apprenticeships are well suited for GCSE school leavers looking to start their career, A Level school leavers considering university, or experienced individuals looking for a career change with the ambition to work their way up.
