Thales sponsors Combat Stress First World War concert

As a long-standing supporter of Combat Stress, Thales UK is proud to be sponsoring the charity's special evening event in London on 11 September to commemorate the First World War. ‘We Will Remember Them’ will mark the 100th anniversary of the ‘Great War’ with a series of wartime themed performances and music from invited artists and groups.

Experience the First World War era through music, poetry and readings from August 1914 to the signing of the Armistice in November 1918. The event will feature the acclaimed soprano, Lucy Kay, this year’s runner up on Britain’s Got Talent, who will be performing ‘Keep the Home Fires Burning’ accompanied by the Wren Brass Ensemble, plus many others.

The event will be held at St John’s Smith Square, London, SW1P 3HA. Doors open at 6.30pm, with the performance starting at 7.00pmAfter the performance there will be a chance to meet all the artists at a drinks and canapés reception.
