Thales UK graduate recruitment campaign receives two national awards

The annual Recruitment Advertising Design (RAD) awards, held at Grosvenor House, champion the very best of recruitment communications and attract entries from the likes of Virgin, Bosch, the armed forces, Barclays and Bloomberg.

Thales UK and its agency AIA Worldwide, were honoured with two awards for the ‘Together We’ campaign, taking the prizes for best ‘Graduate Website’ and ‘Graduate Campaign’.

Other shortlisted organisations and companies across these two categories included the likes of GCHQ, Bloomberg and Tesco.

Representing Thales were members of the Emerging Talent team, including Director Miranda Davies, Gemma Minish, Kat O’Hara and Owen Poole.

Gemma and Kat collected the award(s) from comedian Jimmy Carr.

The awards are particularly significant for the company as the 'Together We’ employer brand and website was only launched in September last year.

Speaking of these awards, Miranda Davies, Director Emerging Talent says,
