Building a future we can all trust means taking responsibility when it comes to society, the planet and our people. We are committed to protecting the environment, fostering inclusion, and contributing to national and international resilience. When it comes to the environment, we are currently scoring a Level 5 on the CO₂ Performance Ladder that aims for net-zero emissions by 2040. We also actively promote eco-design and support our partners and different stakeholders to reduce environmental impact. 

We support inclusive hiring as well, and are determined to providing a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment where every employee matters. 

Additionally, we are proud to lend the knowledge and expertise of our colleagues to contribute to national and international conversations about safety, security and our industry. We are also very interested in the development of expertise of science, technology and engineer, for instance by hosting students and scholars to engage in conversation with our colleagues and by contributing to sponsoring of projects.
