Thales Alenia Space among the Companies awarded with the 2022 RANDSTAD EMPLOYER BRAND for its inspiring work content and good performance

Rome, 12th May 2022 - Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), is among the Companies awarded the 2022 Randstad Employer Brand, ranked second place as the Italian company with the most inspiring work content and good performance. Promoted by Randstad, the world's leading provider of Human Resources services, the Randstad Employer Brand is an award given to large companies that are most appealing to Italian workers, based on the results of one of the largest global employer branding surveys.

Employer Brand Research is conducted by Randstad, based on the results of 6590 interviews conducted in in Italy, with respondents aged between 18 and 64, including both students as well as employed and unemployed people, regarding the attractiveness of 150 potential employers. Globally, the survey was carried out in 31 different countries consisting of an independent survey involving almost 163,000 respondents and 5,944 companies.
