The two priorities in moving from Colombes to the new site, CRISTAL, in 2012 were to ensure programme continuity and to guarantee complete security of all activities.
Over 200 employees from every part of the business have been actively planning the transition for more than two years.
Ensuring programme continuity
Ensuring continuity on customer programmes has been our top priority throughout the CRISTAL project. Programme teams made a detailed determination of the resources needed for each project and planned operations to ensure that customers are unaffected by the move and are aware of the schedule at all times. During the transition, customers will be able to visit us either at Colombes or at the CRISTAL site, depending on the project involved.
Guaranteeing security of activities
Thales Communications & Security has worked with the competent authorities to ensure that the move, and the CRISTAL site itself, are fully compliant with all our operational security requirements. The market’s best security and site protection solutions – driven by the latest Thales technologies – have been operational since the campus opening.
