I enjoy learning new things and being on the cutting edge of technology. The best way to do that is of course in a job where you work with this kind of technology and that helps you to understand the background. Thales is an innovative and modern high-tech company. I think I fit in well here and enjoy working on the technology of the future. In my short time at Thales so far, I would describe my first impression as impressive.

My interest in technology is my main motivation. Thales offers me the opportunity to deepen and apply my knowledge in a structured way and within a professional environment. Developing new technologies is a clear goal for me.
Because of my personal interests, Thales intrigued me from the very beginning. I already knew that the field of electronics was exciting me. Thales in Kiel is one of the most modern locations of Thales Deutschland, equipped with the latest technology and an excellent training department. In addition, there is a high level of professionalism and support for individual educational paths.

I have always wanted to know how things work and how something can be used or applied in a different way. Technology, particularly electronics, is fascinating. During my three years of apprenticeship, I have already learned a lot I can also use in my private life.
Thales has an extremely extensive product range in many different business areas. There are new things to learn and discover everywhere. Even after being here for several years. I have also been given the opportunity to complete a dual study programme here after my apprenticeship. This is what sets Thales apart from other companies. Thales supports me in every possible way and helps me realise my full potential.

I am constantly fascinated by all the technical achievements that accompany us all around the globe and in life. However, I do not just want to use them, I also want to understand every component and every process down to the smallest detail and realise new ideas, solve problems and improve things myself.
These interests are covered for an electronic equipment and systems engineer. In particular, as you are involved in all technologies from the very beginning. That is why it was clear to me that I wanted to learn exactly this profession.
I first became aware of Thales through my interest in aerospace. When I had the opportunity to get to know the company better, I was immediately fascinated about how much more Thales has to offer – something I am glad to experience every day anew. I am very happy about how much we have already been taught throughout the first months here in the training department at the Ditzingen location and I am excited about all the things I will have the opportunity to learn.

Even at a very young age, I was very interested in the computer and its technology, and was able to continuously expand my knowledge both at home and through various educational offers and competitions. In order to finally turn my hobby into a profession, I decided to do an apprenticeship at Thales. IT specialist is a modern profession and is indispensable in the age of digitalisation. As a high-tech company, Thales offers the best conditions for this job and has enabled me to take advantage of many interesting opportunities in different business areas.
