Gwendoline BLANDIN

Since joining Thales in 2018, Gwendoline has been leading Strategy, Marketing and Product Policy for the Defense Mission Systems Global Business Unit. 
Before joining Thales, Gwendoline worked at McKinsey & Company in Paris and Berlin for 17 years. She supported leading global companies in outlining and executing large-scale transformations. She focused mostly on companies from the Automotive & Assembly and High-Tech sectors. Gwendoline has broad experience in making transformations happen, and in managing the operational complexity of large global companies to promote innovation and growth.
Gwendoline holds a PhD in Material Sciences from the Technical University in Aachen, Germany. She has been a member of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale since 2020.
