High-power tetrode, peak output power up to 60 kW for FM Digital Radio Broadcast
The TH 594 is a very high-power coaxial tetrode, purpose-designed for the amplifiers used in digital FM radio transmitters operating at frequencies up to 110 MHz. It is especially suited to amplifiers based on the new in-band on-channel (IBOC) technology.
The water-cooled TH 594 is based on proven metal-ceramic technologies, already used in tetrodes for analog FM radio transmitters.
It features excellent linearity, long lifespan and is very easy to install and operate. As usual for this type of tube, Thales offers the associated cavity, TH 18594, ensuring optimum performance for the TH 594 tetrode, while at the same time reducing handling to a minimum, and ensuring total safety.
This product is designed, developed and manufactured at an ISO 9001:V2000 and ISO 14001 registered production site.
